  • 5 g (1 tsp) powdered spirulina
  • 15 g (1 tbsp) plain yogurt
  • 1 egg white
  • Corn flour

  • Mix yeast, spirulina powder and yogurt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg white until fluffy. Addthe above mixture and add a little corn flour to give consistency to the mixture.
  • This mask is applied to wet skin and cleansed, avoiding the eyes and lips. Wait 15 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Finish with a light moisturizer.

2. Concoct an essential oil lotion

Very pleasant in warm weather, this instantaneously refreshing lotion removes all traces of makeup, sebum and perspiration. It is astringent, brightens the complexion through the presence of grapefruit and lemon, and balances the pH of the skin with apple cider vinegar.
