Couldn't have been better! Here's the story... I was attempting to change the deadbolts on my house on Friday and after 2 hours of fight I called and he came as quick as possible. I even had to leave to coach football and a friend waited there. MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE TRIED TO HELP ME OVER THE PHONE FOR FREE FIRST!
