Amazing customer service. I had a problem with a pair of boots I had bought from them some time ago. Without a receipt they worked above and beyond to try and get a resolution with the manufacturer. In the end they replaced the boots free of charge. I applaud their decision and recommend you to this local, well stocked and friendly Victoria business.
