Imagine a "foodie" visiting a grill for an exciting new food experience.. A Western Sandwich. (Cost $4.50) Imagine the "foodie" waiting 40 minutes for that Western Sandwich with a parched throat because of no coffee refill. But still, "foodie" gives the sandwich a 3. Let me say this: No one has ever waied 49 minutes for a Western Sandwich at the Mosely Street Grill, or has waited 40 minutes for a coffee refill, at least since the new owners took over. Wouldn;t it be great for the new owners if their servers were run off their feet and their cooks were so busy that it took 40 minutes to get a Western Sandwich out of the kitchen. Soon folks like the "foodie" will need a reservation. Or just a nice lie?

I have been to Boston Pizza many times, and I have a great experience everytime. I am always satisfied with the food and the wait for it isn't that long either. If you are not in the mood for pizza, there are many other menu choices you could chose from. Pasta is always a good second choice. I personally think anything you order there you will not be disappointed.

Well unlike others who posted, we had a great experience at this location. We were seated and waited on in a timely manner. Our food arrived, hot, with no mistakes, in decent time. The only criticism came from my wife who had the Baked-Seven Cheese Ravioli with Bolognese sauce. She said that she likes to taste the cheese, but the sauce overpowered the cheese. Other wise everyone enjoyed their meals.

This Boston Pizza location is by far our favourite. My wife and I have been going since they opened and never had a bad experience. I work in customer service, so I understand that things don't always go as planned. It is how an establishment deals with their mistakes that really shows how good they are , in my humble opinion.
We go to Swiss Chalet all the time, the food is always hot and delicious and up to the Swiss Chalet Standard, the service is usually pretty good, quick for sure and the restaurant smells good and is clean.
We often order take out from this location, and we have had a few problems, orders not being filled correctly, no gravy for the poutine, little things like that. One time we ordered and they called back 30 minutes later to tell us there was a snow storm and the delivery person went home!
Needless to say I complained. I got a personal response from the Manager appologizing for our bad experience and comping us for two 1/4 chicken dinners! WOW, I thought that was just great. I get that mistakes are made, but I have never had anyone take responsibility and compensate me so quickly and politely! Since then we have ordered a few times and we haven't had anymore problems.

Always yummy as you'd expect from a Swiss chalet. It's a very busy location but certain times of the day it is easier to be seated. Waits aren't usually too long. One time they ran out of chicken! But I love this restaurant and would say its my favourite place for dining.

We LOVE Swiss Chalet! This is easily the most dependable place in town to eat. The food is always good, hot, delicious, and quickly delivered. I take quickly delivered to mean that I don't have to wait! Our servers have always been friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The manager seems to be a little unpredictable at times, otherwise, it's a great, simple place to go with friends or family and we always go back!

We love Swiss Chalet, especially this location and have been going for years, it's the closest to homemade, it's fast service and the prices are great! The staff at this location are amazing people and always quick to serve you and get you what you want. I can't say enough about this location, it's all good in every way. Always greeted with a smile. I took my son to Swiss Chalet two weeks ago for a chicken dinner (1/4 with fries). Consistently good. The waitress was attentive, and knew how to keep the baby at the table next door happy (crackers, crayons, drinks... STAT!). When my wife and I went out for dinner the next week, where did my son go?
