When telephoned he advised that he could not come immediately, but would come at the end of his business day. He arrived promptly, viewed the fridge, advised the problem, advised that he no longer repaired this type of problem with fridges. He was unable to advise us as to who could correct this issue for us. He was efficient, prompt, tidy, and courteous. We thought we had to buy a new dishwasher ... After the installation of a granite counter top, side mount screws were used to replace the top mount screw to re secure the dishwasher. This distorted its frame, the door did not close properly, and we experienced off-and-on starting problems which we thought to be caused by its electronics. Tony recognized the problem, removed the side mount screws, - and saved us a lot of money! Very professional approach, we would recommend him anytime! Read more
