These Neapolitan pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven at this small 70-seat restaurant in Old Montreal, where wood and glass blend to create a unique interior. As for toppings, there’s prosciutto, a shrimp and lobster duo, veal, soft-boiled egg, goat cheese with old-fashioned mustard, calzone... it's your choice.

There are a dozen on the menu, including the carnivore Laurier (sausages, smoked bacon, prosciutto) and the Waverly (smoked bacon, potatoes, onions and fior di latte cheese).
