Services: Capture Bright Photos, Create slideshow Video, Post on YouTube, Create Rental Ad, Market the unit, Source Prospects, Book Viewings, Show the Property, Collect Rental Application and Documentation, Screen Applicants: ID and Employment Verification, Previous Landlord, Review Credit Report, Prepare Tenant Screeners Report, Create Binding Lease Agreement,  Collect Deposit and Provide Expert Advice when needed

Pricing: One month's rent + HST. Minimum Service Fee: $1500 + HST. 

This Tenant  Screeners Service assists our clients in finding suitable tenants for their basement apartments across the GTA (location restrictions may apply). We will assess the property to provide practical suggestions on how to maximize the property's earning potential.  The client will be required to show their own unit to prospective tenants

 Available in the GTA ONLY

Services: Capture Bright Photos, Create slideshow Video, Post on YouTube, Create Rental Ad,  Market the unit, Source Prospects, Coordinate Bookings and Showings with Landlord, Collect Rental Application and Documentation, Screen Applicants: ID and Employment Verification, Previous Landlord, Review Credit Report, Prepare Tenant Screeners Report, Create Binding Lease Agreement,  Collect Deposit and Provide Expert Advice when needed

Pricing: 70% of month's rent + HST. Minimum Service Fee: $1050 + HST. 

This Tenant  Screeners Service assists our clients in finding suitable tenants all across Ontario. 

All services will be completed remotely and off site. The client will be required to provide photos of the unit for advertising purposes.  

Services: Direct Landlord on how to Capture Bright Photos, Create slideshow video, Create Rental Ad,  Market the unit, Source Prospects, Coordinate Bookings and Showings with Landlord, Collect Rental Application and Documentation, Screen Applicants: ID and Employment Verification, Previous Landlord, Review Credit Report, Prepare Tenant Screeners Report, Create Binding Lease Agreement,  Collect Deposit and Provide Expert Advice when needed

Pricing: 50% of month's rent + HST. Minimum Service Fee: $750 + HST.

This service assists our clients in screening a potential tenant that they have sourced on their own. We will also create a binding lease agreement that is signed by all parties.

Services: Screen up to two Applicants: ID and Employment Verification, Previous Landlord, Review Credit Report, Prepare Tenant Screeners Report, Create Binding Lease Agreement,

Pricing: $300 + HST.

This service assists our clients in creating a binding lease agreement that is signed by all parties.
