Our Story
Monica Carusetta grew up in the restaurant business spanning generations. Monica and her husband Fred Davies saw the opportunity to create something new and special in downtown Port Colborne and, as they say, the rest is history.
As we come through this pandemic, we've made design changes in the dining room and exciting new things on the plate. We're focused on fresh pastas and our twist on classic and contemporary Italian fare.
