From the time I entered the office I found all staff to be very professional as well as friendly. They made me feel at ease which I really appreciated. Every step of the way, each procedure was explained to me as well. They are very kind and considerate. Thank you all so much for everything!

My appointment at the Jackman Eye Institute went better than I expected as they discovered that I had AMD and they were very thorough in explaining things to me. I had a very rewarding experience. My eye problem was solved. Staff were very friendly.

Staff were rude and i was overcharged for a scan that i was quoted cheaper on phone . The office staff head was very rude .

All seemed to get great pleasure in doing a perfect job. I was treated with kindness and professionalism . The out come was beyond my expectations . With the cataracts removed I now see better than I did at any time before. Dr. Jackman kept you informed what was going on. I found it painless and quick. (And all the girls are beautiful )
