Best clinic I’ve ever been too! Love the docs here. Great staff too. ?

Brought my Mom into this clinic when she had a bladder infection. We had to wait for quite awhile but once we got into see the Dr I was very happy how he treated my Mom. My Mom lives with dementia and is very nervous around doctors - especially male doctors.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon & got in right away as there were no patients in the waiting room. Dr. Clint Macdonald is my family doctor at this clinic and he is usually on time. Great doctor.

I’ve had to use this clinic a few times as a walk in patient, generally I get in pretty quickly. I chose to use this clinic to find a family dr. I now live out of the city but I will make the hour drive to this clinic when i need to see a dr.

Long wait time. Pretty snobby and rude receptionist, 4 day wait on lab results. Which are useless because my soar throat is pretty well gone. Wouldn't go back

Long wait times and poor staffing. The doctors don’t communicate with their patients about anything. They go on holiday with out telling people. The walk in clinic took over 4 hours to get through just to get a prescription refill.
