I had my suv scheduled for am appointment on sept 11 2017 for my yearly inspection. Set up 10 days before appointment. I set this week because i was going out of country for 5 days. I get back from my holiday excited to get my suv back and you people didn't even look at it. It sat in your parking lot the whole time. Not impressed at all. That was so unprofessional of your service staff. So i am now having to bring it back next week for the work that was supposed to be done sept 11. Not impressed
