Just had a service call from Foyergaz. The service guy Alain was excellent, he done a thorough cleaning of our fire and found out why our fire was being very hard to control.He then changed our thermostat and the fire is working fine. Thank you foyergaz.

No after-sale support! Terrible mistake choosing Foyer-Gaz Vaudreuil. After installation, they took measurements for the chimney cap and never followed up with the estimate they promised.Were having an issue with the grill, called the store and was hung up on w/o letting me ask a question. I called back furious, they said they were busy + wouldnt help me. Offered no solution or care to assist me with my issue. Hanging up on a customer is unacceptable. Avoid this company

Nous avons fait installer un poêle et un foyer au propane. Ils ont du enlever le foyer qui était en place auparavant en coupant le métal afin de ne pas abimer le granite. Tout c,est très bien déroulant. Aucun problème. Trois ans plus tard, ils viennent de faire un entretien des deux. Encore la, très minutieux et très professionnel.

Nous avons fait installer un foyer électrique et un poêle à bois. Ils ont du percer le béton de notre balcon et notre solage pour linstallation de la cheminée, tout cest parfaitement bien déroulée, ce sont des gens professionnels! Je fais également faire le nettoyage de ma thermopompe et ils sont minutieux.

I cannot say enough about how incompetent these guys were with our fireplace (which they sell and install). Four technicians came to our house... over a period of few months. None, none were able to diagnose and explain for certain why the burner would not stay lit. Our last attempt was to replace the blower.... duh they gave us the wrong one.. now they telling us it will take another 3 weeks to receive the right one... LOL INCOMPETENT cannot describe enough the level service we got....

Over 3 months to get the job done, and still not complete, I finally had to get an independent to finish the job cost me $75 for the visit plus $40 for diagnosis and $20 to fix (wiring for fan not hooked-up properly). By the way check the reviews 5 stars written by their manager
