“My goal in starting Tah-Dah was to create a promotional platform for these craftspeople and their projects, and to share their creations with the most people possible,” she explains. Her boutique is a veritable treasure trove of accessories and housewares, gifts ideas, handmade mitts and toques, and all sorts of other inspiring objects.

“I usually go for objects that honour the artisan traditions, but with an urban touch, a little something that makes them both useful and pretty to look at," adds Sabrina. "And I look for items that are affordable, so I have something for every budget; most of what I carry at Tah-Dah retails between $20 and $40." To stay on top of the trends, find unique objects and meet new artisans, Sabrina makes a point to attend trade shows in addition to constant internet research.
