Beverly Oppen has always loved clothes. In fact, she considers herself as much of a stylist as she is a retailer. When her children were still young, Bev started looking for a business opportunity that would allow her to flourish and fulfill her passion for fashion. She quickly noticed that it was difficult for plus-sized women to find fashionable clothing in Montreal, so she decided to start her own specialty boutique.
Oppen's opened its doors in 1987. The shop aims to dress women who wear size 12 to 26 in trendy clothes that are as gorgeous as they are comfortable. You can safely say that the store is a reflection of the owner — elegant and fashionable.
