Managing is zero. Bad smell coming from corridors, elevators, everywhere. Very noisy neighbours. They open their apartment doors and you can smell and hear everything. When you tell an issue to the office, they'll tell you we cannot do anything and it's not our responsibility. If you face an issue you need to ignore it or transfer it to someone else.
