Icehouse welcomes you to their establishment. Their atmosphere has been described as casual. Come unwind at the bar with a refreshment. They happily feature full bar and a take-out menu and are open nightly from Tuesday to Sunday. You may pay by MasterCard, American Express and Visa.
Texan chef Nick Hodge blessed us Montrealers with the opening of this Tex-Mex “hole” in a hidden Plateau corner just off of Saint-Laurent. Help yourself to some finger lickin’ fried chicken, tacos, burritos and his bourbon lemonade (how about a pitcher of that?); you’re in for a treat. Be warned; utensils are not part of the vibe here, so be ready to get messy!
If you’re craving something different, try Icehouse, a tex-mex restaurant in the Plateau. Their crab nachos are the best nachos in the city, the deep-fried chicken taco is sinfully good and the dirty steak burrito makes us swoon. Wash it all down with their bourbon lemonade and you’ll fall in love with this cozy restaurant. Icehouse is open until 1:30 am on Friday and Saturday. They don’t take reservations but if you go fairly late you’re sure to get a table!
