Plus, with their focus on authentic Asian cuisine, Guillaume Lozeau and Jennifer Zachanowich’s friendly approach to culinary techniques and use of ingredients specific to Asia’s most renowned meals are sure to liven up any gathering.
With classes centered on Northern Thailandese, Indonesian, Indian, Vietnamese and even Mexican cuisine, the pair is a hit with any crowd. And, as Guillaume and Jennifer bring every ingredient and all necessary equipment with them, you can fully enjoy foreign cuisine hassle-free.
"Jennifer and I are experienced travellers," Guillaume explains, "and every time we’d come back from one of our trips, we’d give our friends a cooking class themed around the places we visited. Eventually, our friends told theirs and our classes started to attract more and more people. At some point, some 60 foodies wanted to attend, so we thought it’d be a good idea to figure out a way to spread our passion for food and travels to as many people as possible. Cook Caravan is how this idea materialized."
