The Southern French region of Bordeaux is world-renowned for the excellence of its wines, a selection rivalled only by its cuisine. A dedicated foodie, he found work in a restaurant and spent seven years learning the ins and outs of the industry. As his thirties approached, he felt it was time for a change of scenery, so Clément and his girlfriend headed to Montreal for a fresh start. Not long after, Clément stumbled upon the perfect opportunity. Le 3734, a new type of gourmet one-stop specialty grocery shop, was just about to open its doors on the western stretch of Notre-Dame Street. All it needed was a manager.
Clément jumped on board, helping the owners put the finishing touches on the store and prepare it for its grand opening. Now, when you drop by, he's there to guide you to the perfect cut of duck, help you navigate the array of artisanal sausages, or select the perfect terrine for your menu.
