I ordered flowers that were arranged and delivered from this florist. When they arrived they did not remotely resemble what was ordered. It's not even that they made simple substitutions to the arrangement that was ordered, they substituted the entire arrangement. Upon contacting who I ordered through, no one would acknowledge that anything was wrong with what was delivered or attempt to rectify this. I would NEVER order from them.
