Just don’t. Unless you like wasting money on a company that takes and takes and never properly resolves the issues they are paid (a lot) to fix. Also, although the technicians are very polite and kind, the administration and customer service staff are of the rudest I’ve encountered.
Technicien est passé aujourd'hui pour un appel de service et il était excellent, courtois, polit, explications très claire, patient, dévoué, ponctuel et très connaissant dans son domaine, Il était compétant et il nous à montrer et expliquer notre système. Je suis très contente et satisfaites du technicien répondant ainsi que de la compagnie et je réfère la compagnie.

Avoid at all cost, my electric furnace was not working properly, technician came and said it was just the air filter, two days later the problem was not fixed, we call 5 times to complain and they wanted to charge us again, they don't respect the legal warranties. I sent a complain the Protection au consomateur and taking them to small claim court. I had to pay a new company for the service I never had with Klimfax, when the new technician came he quicky found the issue was with a faulty relay,
This guy does not know how to install Carrier furnace.
I need to change My heatpump and furnace. Klimfax provides a quote with one year installation, parts, and labor guarantee by klimfax. 6 months later the furnace frame is deformed, i cannot remove the filter. Klimfax blames on my ducting, refuses to fix it under guarantee. Klimfax guarantee is a joke. You should go with a Carrier authorized factory dealer. The guarantee is backed up by Carrier, with a money-back refund if not satisfied
My air conditioning unit started to make a rattling sound. I thought I would need a new one. A Klimfax representative came and not only fixed it but advised us to have it cleaned. It works so well now, just in time for winter. If you haven't cleaned yours do so.
