Clinique très efficace rdv d’urgence disponible le même jour au besoin. Dr Ferdjoui est très bien.

They are hanging the phone and making their line busy from 7:30 until 8:30am so nobody can bother them in the morning. After around 8:30 they make their line work again but you cannot get emergency appointment any more. How am I suppose to rate this kind of service? This is unacceptable!

Very good service ... usually the appointments are at the schedule time and doesn't take to long .... but the best is that you can call at 8am and get a same day appointment for more serious cases

worst service ever on the phone and I never get an appointment with my pediatrician for the past 2 years. Before the reason was because I was not a regular and I didn't have a pediatrician appointed to my children and after went ever I call and If ever I get the line before 8:15 to get an appointment if it past 9am. the policy is I can't register and appointment for another day. I have to call back the next day again after 8am.
