Good friendly service

I came here after calling a few tailors for a quote on a zipper replacement. All the businesses I called were rude to me and told me they would not even me an estimate or even a range of the cost for a simple zipper replacement. The woman here was the only one who gave me an accurate estimate so I went to her. She was very sweet. I will return to this place on the principle of good customer care. I guess some of the other business owners don't understand the importance of common courtesy in the North American service sector. This one, however, does.
