in 2020 I bought a GLA250 from this dealer and i got promised a lot of things that I haven't seen until now. they tried to scam me and make me pay for a loaner car that was damaged before i took it from them. after checking their camera it turns out that it was there. they have the worst service manager. BECAREFUL WHEN YOU'RE PURCHASING THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. THEY TOLD ME THE CAR IS COVERED BUMBER TO BUMBER BUT IT TURNS OUT NOT. I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THEM RIGHT NOW AND I MIGHT FILE A LOWSUIT FOR

A complete comedy of errors from start to finish. Chaos and broken promises that have yet to be resolved. The best part of dealing with this purchase is that the dealership tries to put the blame on anyone else except themselves. If you like to gamble, go ahead and take a chance, buy a car from them. You've been warned.

Worst Mercedes dealer. Take your business elsewhere.

This place is so disorganized, I can't ever foresee ever coming back here. They do not care for their customers at all. From quotes done wrong to missing or lost paper work and then added hidden fees. It's been over a week and I'm still dealing with their mistakes and overcharges! Totally not what I expected for a Mercedes experience. Save yourself some grief and take your business elsewhere is what I would recommend.
