ML Snow Removal has not come to plow our driveway the last two times following a snowfall of more than five centimetres as the contract states (one being 15.6 centimetres in which we waited two days before finally doing it ourselves). We emailed multiple times and received no response from our inquiries and never showed up.
We are very disappointed and unsatisfied with ML Snow Removal and will let people know that your service is unreliable and unprofessional. Waste of money.
