He has a very rude janitor who is indifferent to your problems and does not fix any problems with your apartment for less than a week. He sometimes does not answer your phone during working hours. Definitely find a better place to live.

The building manager is extremely rude and mean . She harassed me about leaving early so she could paint my apartment , I paid my rent until the end of June. She told me that I could paint one or two walls and then refused to give me the money back on my key deposit because I had painted . The dryers do not work in the building. The building is not clean and many things are broken . The building managers husband walked into my apartment when he thought that I wasn't home. Terrible!

The pool is opene...

The pool is opened only when the supers decide it should be open. As soon as clouds show upt, thewy close it. Like today, it was closed art 2:30. The sun has been out since 3:15 and it is now 5 PM. The gates are still closed. The pool should be open from 9 or 10 AM and left open, clouds, rain or not. Let the tenants decide if they want to go down.

Paper-thin walls,dirty building, poorly managed.Too expensive for what you pay for, there are a lot MUCH better places nearby. Take my advice, look somewhere else.
