The environment is very poor and the employees got mad and sweared for asking for extra sauce. The food was bad compared to other Tim Hortons. This is very disappointing.
I've been disappointed in this location (D'anjou Blvd in Chateauguay) for a long time.
I won't go into detail but those who have gone there, know what I'm talking about. I've since spoke to the head office who in turn, had the manager reach out to me. Both encounters were good. Hopefully things will turn around. It's the nearest one for me so it would be a welcome change. For those of you who just complain and don't report, then change will never come.
