    service good but ...

    service good but found out after purchasing a laptop that I paid about 50% higher than highest retail price elsewhere.... it was also an entry level computer ad not adequate for my needs... I should have done my homework. but this firm was recommended by a neighbour so I didn't second guess.maybe the much higher price is due to personal service but also paid extra for set up.. I have gone back to using my old computer that is much faster even though four years old - live and learn.
