Called 18 hours beforehand to book a taxi for a specific time, never showed up. I called the company 10 minutes after the requested pickup time, and they said that a taxi had not even been dispatched, nor was one available. They did not even have an ETA. Very disappointed, very bad first impression, never using this company again, nor would I recommend it.
I've only used your taxi company 3 times but you've always been on time so far. My daughter uses this company as well. All other taxi companies here in Woodstock have made myself and my daughter late for work and many times have not shown up at all! I really wish they'd been more responsible. People lose their jobs because of untrustworthy service keep up the good work! I will continue to use this company exclusively until you let me down and I hope that doesn't happen. I recommend you to others
