Got coffee this morning at the drive through , order was wrong so I went back inside ,they t it replaced and was so bitter we threw it out

Screwed up a simple take out order. Wrong drinks, missing pie I paid for, missing condiments, no bill received, unable to call restaurant. Wanted to speak to manager but can’t get through to him or her. Rediculous customer service. Need to train the staff better. Ruined my dinner plus I’m out money.

I asked for two items and both wrong. That is on top of having to pull aside through the drive through waiting 5 minutes and 18 sec. Disgusting service and never again!

Serving double mac burger smell bad looks like expired beef burger from the freezer i throwing after i eat it was so bad..i strongly dont recommend this brand even the the staff is very rude!

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds I've ever been in . It's very dirty restaurant at any given time . Counter by the pop machines is always dirty , blobs of spilt ketchup, garbage and spillage from the pop dispensers . Tables are always dirty, messy floor. Service is always slow . I've complained about this McDonald's a few times to head office . All I get from them is coupons, but the problem just doesn't seem to get corrected

This location makes a mistake on 9 out of 10 orders in the drivethru. Some of them are the exact opposite of what you order making it seem intentional. Horrible management.
