Mahomed Dawood Medical Professional

The doctor is excellent, however, his staffs are not responsible. they are not taking the phones and have very bad attitudes to their patients. They did send wrong info to patients and didn't take the responsibility. I believe Dr. Dawood doesn't know it.

I called to make an appointment about a very personal issue that unexplained over the phone to the receptionist. She then made a joke about it and laughed. Completely unprofessional and I was utterly humiliated. My family has been using this doctors office for over 25 years and since the change in Dr I have been more and more disappointed. She also suggest I call back tomorrow to get an appointment the following day. Why cant you just book me in now?
