Mikey just did a service call for diagnosing an issue with my home treadmill and it was a d**n delight. He did preventative maintenance and hung out while I ran. The issue repro'd while he was here; he diagnosed that I needed a part, and then dealt professionally and effectively with my pain-in-the-butt manufacturer on my behalf for parts. He'll be back in a couple weeks to install the parts when they come in. And ALL his work will be cheaper than their initial diagnostic call. Delightful.

It's such a pleasure dealing with Mike, he always has a smile on his face! He's quick to respond and he'll do his best to accommodate my schedule. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and his work is top notch. I recommend him highly, if I could give him 6 stars I would.
