Terrible manager with no people skills.Too many employees here with conflict of interest.I think all the good items go to pricing manager and staff.I personally witnessed a cashier tell another employee that she had a nice pair of Sketchers running shoes that she had been looking for.She had been hiding them under the counter .The employee looked at the shoes and said that they were not her size .When I asked the price and asked to see them ,I was refused and told they were on hold .

i mistakenly dropped off one of my wife-s tops (an L. L. Bean item) when donating clothing. A call that day and the next produced no results. A final call received the answer: the item was never found. So, the next batch of old clothing goes to a charity.

Shameful

We've been donating to and shopping at this store since it opened. Used to get good quality stuff at reasonable prices, but no longer. Very old and poor quality at high prices. Can purchase new stuff on sale elsewhere. Where is all the good stuff going? Perhaps somebody's pockets are bulging! M in Waterdown

This location prices have been soaring although not the most expensive ... Yet. I know that the pricing manager is an antique dealer who has a booth at Aberfoyle Antique Matket and Southworks? A Conflict of interest.
