Thanks to the field crew that restored our power on Christmas Day, great job guys. Now as for the customer service, in one word it SUCKS. After being without power for 19hrs, I was trying to get an idea of when we may have power. 1st try -on hold for 10minutes, 2nd try busy signal. 3rd try a message, "If experiencing an unplanned outage, wait 1 hour and contact us for an update, I had already be without power for 19hrs. The field crews are great, updated need to be worked on. 42 hours no power.
