This guy Randall cannot follow simple measurements even with a photo. He is extremely difficult,rude,egotistical and unprofessional. His workmanship is not exceptional in anyway. You will not get what you want but what he feels like giving you with no hope of resolution. GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PIECE OF MIND.
