After just dropping my dog off at Chez Renee, my husband returned home to a phone call from Renee saying that our dog wouldn't "jump up on the table" and because she had thrown out her back yesterday, wondered if he could come help hold him while she worked.
My husband finally left after holding our dog for three hours, but was given absolutely no discount for his time helping her. She stated that we may decide to never come back again, as if it was something she could care less about.
If you care about your pet or your bank account, avoid 'Chez Renee'. The agreed cost rose from $75 to $120 at pick-up, and she wouldn't let me have a good look at my dog until after I had paid. The quality of the cut was poor and 'Renee' felt the need to berate me and my 11 year old child as bad owners for my dog's 'abominable coat'. Stay far, far away from Chez Renee.
