I was ripped off and taken advantage of by this store. Shah, sold me a phone and tried to keep the SIM card that came with it. The first phone he sold me did not work so I brought it back, he looked at and assured me things would be fine. When I asked for the SIM card that came with it, he was reluctant to give it. When I brought the phone back, again, because it was still malfunctioning, he sold me an even more expensive dud. He has a no refund/exchange policy, so I am stuck. Avoid this store

Shah is excellent. He may not appear all about the modern concept of fawning customer service but he is a humble and quiet guy who gets the job done. Meticulous and detailed in his work; makes cellular repair look like a lost craft.
