Ticketmaster

Literally the worst place to buy tickets, and yet somehow they are allowed to continue to exist. I've tried to buy tix from this site many times, and always the same results. Error codes. We took all precautions to be sure that our cookies, history and cache were cleared, and still error codes. This means that the "seller" is having issues. Yet after hours of trying, our Credit card being charged and refunded several times, hours of waiting to speak to someone in person, still no tickets.

Justin Bieber concert in June 2022 was cancelled and they do not give the money back. Four months later, in October, Ticket Master says the event will be rescheduled, but no date announced yet. I cannot take my money back. They took money for a service they have not provided.

Can not find a number to order tickets. The only number is a fax number. Can't find tickets that say there are some available in a certain section. Whatever happened to the old ticketmaster number?
