I purchased a ring from Birthstar Jewellery at the CNE this summer, the only contact information is this phone number and a website. Unfortunately after wearing what I was told was a silver and “man made” ruby ring once, the stone fell out. The stone on its own feels like it is made of plastic and I’m very doubtful that the metal is silver, there is no .925 stamp and it is very lightweight. . Very disappointing and I feel completely taken. Now there is no way to contact them and return it.
