Let me start off by saying DO NOT HIRE Ryan A and his company for any renovation work. LONG STORY SHORT, HE DIDN'T EVEN FINISH HALF THE JOB, TOOK FULL PAYMENT, AND I HAD TO FIRE HIM! He hardly showed up, instead of finishing the job in 3 weeks, after 8 months, I had to fire him, never got money back and job was not completed. I had to change the locks to hire another contractor since he would not even return the key.
