Very poor customer service

I bought a waist pouch from the store yesterday, Dec 16, 2012. I ask the shopkeeper whether exchange will be allowed before I purchased the pouch. She confirmed that exchange is available. The button on the front zipped pocket fell off within the first hour that I start using the pouch. I took the pouch back today, Dec 17, 2012. I wanted to look at other bags for exchange. I was given the exact same model of pouch. Exchange to anything else was not allowed. The same shopkeeper accused me for pulling the zipper too hard to cause to button to fall off. There is no warranty on anything sold in this store. My advise is: stay away from the store. The owner does not keep to her promise and she treat regular, old customers as crooks.
