Edible Arrangements

The customer service is horrible. No one answers the phone. You can't leave a message. The product delivered is not inline with the price that you are paying. Too expensive and the end product looks like a grade school student put it together. The product was delivered 3 or more hours earlier than requested. We will never order from ediblearrangement again and suggest that you don't either! When I tried to address it no one got back and they did not care.

I want everyone to know what horrible customer service this company has when an order isn't delivered. My mother in law ordered an arrangement last week for her mother... Her credit card was charged and the arrangement never came. Over the past week, she has called several times, they keep saying its going to be delivered and then never is. She has called the store location and nobody answers the phone. She spoke to corporate and they said all they can do is issue a refund in the form of a cheque which will take 4-6 weeks, even they haven't been able to get in touch with this store. They have offered her nothing for the time that's been wasted on this the past week and now she has to wait 4-6 weeks to get her money back in the form of a cheque. Horrible horrible customer service. Buyer beware!! If someone gets in touch with me and resolves this I will take down my poor review.

Happy with service

After ordering an arrangment for my father for Father's Day, I read the posted review of this store and started wondering if I made the right decision. I need not have worried. I phoned with my parents and they were very hapy with the arrnagement that arrived, thought it was an original gift, and had been munching on it all weekend. They weren't in when it was delivered, but as promised, it was left at a nieghbours so there was no issue with delivery.

Horrible service

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location, it was nonexistent. I ordered an arrangement online to be delivered on Valentine's day. I ordered a week in advance, on that day it never showed up. No one bothered to call me that it wasn't delivered. Even after sending them a message, they didn't bother to call me. I had to call them myself to see what was going on. They did nothing to try to fix the problem. All they were willing to do was to refund my money. That does not help, I still want it to be delivered. And when it was delivered it was not as described on the website and they also failed to deliver the personalized message I wrote. After messing up my order you would think they would do their best to fix it. Nothing was offered to fix the problem or make me feel any better. If they weren't able to make the delivery, fine I know it's busy but at least let you customer know that you can't deliver so the customer can go to the store and pick up the order themselves or give them another opportunity to make other arrangements. I tried to talk to the manager but I was given some BS excuse that she's not available. If you must order an edible arrangement avoid this location at all costs.
