    BEWARE - I tried...

BEWARE - I tried to take my 16 daughter to Casa Loma yesterday in an attempt to cheer her spirit after a hospital procedure, but she unexpectedly became sick while we were finding a parking spot. When trying to exit the parking lot (4) minutes later, according to the time stamp on the parking ticket, I was still charged $3.00! $3.00 to basically make a u-turn! Then when I contacted Casa Loma's guest services, I was told "All cars the ENTER the parking lot are REQUIRED to pay the fee's posted on the sign". WOW Casa Loma and the company that operates the parking Lot, that is high robbery! #In poor taste! #Poor business! #You'll be charged to make a u-turn! #Very Uncanadian!!

Because every Mum deserves to celebrate her day of honour at a castle. Toronto’s most beloved mansion will be hosting a Mother’s Day brunch buffet, and is well-equipped for hosting larger families, if you’ve got a few generations of Mums to take care of. Dine in the great room or the glassed-in conservatory and take a tour about the grounds afterward. Hot tip: Casa Loma is also a primo locale if you’re looking to update your family photos.

This massive Gothic Revival home took 300 work-men three years to build. Tour the house, walk around the lovely gardens and take in a breathtaking panorama of the city. While here, visit Spadina House, just a few steps away, and see how Torontonians lived in the 1920s and ’30s.
