Unfortunately their products don't last and they don't stand by them. My dog boots developed a tear after about a month and instead of offering to replace them they just blamed me for it. It's an otherwise great product but consider them disposable and don't expect good customer service.

Terrible customer service. Ordered two coats received only one. Called them. Recording says you can’t call us you have to email us. EmaIled them. No answer. Will dispute the charge and have it reversed with the credit card company as they are silent. shame on you.
