After reading the last 2 reviews, I must say I can see their point of view as I had the same issue MANY years ago. I bought a Prius C from them in 2015 and have been very happy with everything. Do I see areas to improve on, for sure but all around been happy with their product and service has been good. I will for sure return to buy my next PriusC when I am ready. (or something else)
They suggest the most expensive route of service.
They charge for work not done.
They suggest new parts like an air filter to every old person that has any service done, threatening poor fuel economy from a dusty filter.
Thank you service department for helping me to decide not to buy a new Toyota there.
