Every time I patronize this CTC store the experience becomes less favourable. Sunday February 24th, 2019 stormy evening blowing snow. As customary when I enter any building I stomp the snow and slush off my boots in the entrance. Guess what? The entrance mat was floating in a well of salt water and other detritus and I was soaked through my pants and long underwear from crotch to boot tops. The only customer service employee on at the time could not have cared less. Where was the wet vac???
Terrible customer service. General manager is very rude and inflexible. I came to purchase a lawnmower and wanted to return $20 item that I had no receipt for and only wanted a store credit. They would not accommodate my request. So I left the store and the managers comment was “ok bud”. I will not return to this location any time soon
