Comments: I took my daughter there for her birthday on a Sunday afternoon. She and I both ordered the Seafood Alfredo and my son had a small pepp. pizza. Both her and my meals were basically tasteless. It tasted like milk on pasta with some (very few I might add) shrimp and scallops thrown in. My sons pizza was burn't around the edges. When I told the waitress that the food was tastless, she did/said absolutely nothing about it. I also asked that some sort of birthday thing be done for my daughter to suprise her....it never happened. I usually find the service good there,(and I am in the service industry, so can be very understanding) but not this day. However, because of more than a few meals that weren't up to par, I will not be returning to Boston Pizza on the Arthur Street location.
The thai chicken bites were disappointingly tiny but tasted alright. The crispy chicken pecan salad good. The hawaiian pizza tasted really good and had a nice, crispy crust. The consistency of the potato cheddar soup was like glue and tasted very artificial. Our server was friendly but the manager, who had been alerted that we needed to speak with him over a problem with the ATM by the entrance, chose to make us wait twenty minutes while he chatted with a young, attractive woman over what may have been a job interview.
the server was very unfriendly. no smile scolded us when we were about to go in and take a table. server plunked food on table when it was ready and did not ask us if we wanted refills on pop.
