Poor service.Over charged and under delivered. They don't have any warranty for their poor service even if they mention it to you. I was charged $400 to adjust one cord and I found out it was $20 work. I called them last November because one of my blinds was not level. The technician came and started to adjust two blinds and after 10 minutes left and charged $200.The technician was an old guy who barely could walk and carry blinds.The day after both blinds broke. I originally walked into there shop with the intention of buying screen shades and motorizing all of my blinds in my condo. The owner, Jay, seemed helpful at the time so we decided to go with him. Jay ended up ordering the blinds without my consent and not making any blinds motorized. He said he could fix the issue by being a 20/20 dealer. He then told us 2 months later that the configuration that he suggested was incompatible with motorization. Avoid this dealer at all cost!
