AFTER I TRIED TO INPUT MY RECEIPT AND I COULDN'T. I WAS FRUSTRATED. NEXT DAY I CALLED AND TAMMY A REPRESENTATIVE OF TOYS RUS HELPED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. SHE WAS KIND AND VERY UNDERSTANDING. I THINK SHE DESERVES A PROMOTION. YOUR SURVEY IS COMPLICATED AND MAYBE YOU SHOULD MAKE IT MORE EASIER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.
