Long wait time on the phone! Been on queue for 2 hours and counting! They need to get more CSR to cater to their customers calls.

I would like to preface this review by saying that I am very much emotionally charged at the moment. However, I will try to recount my poor experience with Claimsecure in an objective manner. Managers are unavailable, nobody handles issues I have been struggling with a issue for coverage and not only does nobody know the answer nobody answers their phones!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!
