Shane & RS Geomatics were fantastic, delivered a Surveyors Real Property Report & Survey Record Search on our 130yo home. Shane made us feel comfortable that a survey wasn’t a retaliation to neighbour conflict but a nec service, esp if no survey existed. Having worked with contractors who performed poorly on admin & customer service, it was a relief to work with them, attention to detail, & response to my untrained queries earned my trust & it was clear they had our best interest in mind.
